Project Nawal aims at bringing novelty in ideas and initiatives to pass on and spread the ‘Juana’ (meaning, blessing) – of love, care, strength and growth. The project aims at taking initiatives to transform the lives of children between 3 and 14 years of age, residing in the urban slums of Delhi NCR and neighbouring states.

‘VRIDDHI – Unleash Your Inner Power’ is an awareness session initiated by Juana Foundation where ‘VRIDDHI’ means ‘PROGRESS’ and altogether it means ‘to know about your inner power and grow with its help’. With the help of this program, Juana Foundation aims to reach out to people regularly from different sections of the society and help them understand their rights and becoming more sensitized towards certain areas, measuring that outreach accurately, and motivating them to take action.

Navya Empowerment Programs (NEPs) is a set of projects aimed towards reaching out to various sections of the society, uplifting, and empowering them through intervention, education, and advocacy. NEP was launched in September 2020, as a parent project for all of Juana Foundation’s empowerment-based initiatives.

Unnati is a skill development training program initiated by Juana Foundation for the LGBTQ Community where UNNATI means ‘Prosperity’ in English, in order to make them self-sufficient, skilled, and prosper in their lives. Microsoft Teams is chosen as the primary tool for reaching out to candidates in the format of online training. Other tools as included in Office 365 and other platforms such as YouTube, WhatsApp, etc. will be used as a support system to build on content and facilitate engagement & communication.
